Unregistered Players If you are not registered, you cannot train or play with the club. Coaches are advised to find out which of their players are unregistered. You could be disappointed if your players are not registered.
Photos For New Players Venue: Francis Park Amenities Block Richmond Road Blacktown
Under9-All Age - Tuesday 25/3/03 3pm-8pm and Friday 28/3/03 3pm-8pm
You can only have your photo taken if you have paid all your fees and recieved a white card.
Players Required If you are aware of any children turning 9 this year who wish to play for st.pats ring Bill Borg 9622 1308. We are short of a few players. No experience necessary.
Canteen Barbara your tireless canteen co-ordinator and Victor the barbeque king did a fantastic job on Saturday. The club though, needs assistance. Every parent should make an effort to spend 30 minutes in the canteen before their childs game. You have to be there 30 minutes early anyway, so there can be few excuses.
Training Nights Have consideration for other teams. We simply have too many teams for one team to hog a set of goal posts for a whole hour. Use of the posts are to be rotated every half hour! There is more to soccer training than kicking the ball at the goals.
New Back Fence FInally Blacktown Council have seen fit to install a new fence along the creek edge at Aquilina. No more wet feet for Bill Borg. Unless Keith is shooting :o) Next thing on the agenda; watering the ground all year, not just for cricket season. I still have the scars from slide tackling.
Wet Weather A reminder to parents to phone their respective coaches and managers if there is rain on the day of the game. Wet weather does not automatically mean that the grounds are closed and the game is called off.
Rego and Ref Fees All fees including ref fees are to be paid before the first competitiion match. Payment can be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays during training sessions. Please see Ann Bell in the meeting room.
Team Managers Please collect the newsletters and game draws from the canteen/meeting room at training on Tuesday nights.
Match Reports All coaches are to submit a short weekly report for our newsletter. The report should be a few sentences long and be a positive summary of the game. Please place your report in the cardboard box in the canteen or email it to gemma@comcen.com.au. Scores cannot be mentioned in a Roo Ball report and therefore will not be published.
